Martin County Artificial Reef Fund was set up several years ago to enhance the artificial reef program and work with local Martin County government. The first success of our efforts was the deployment of the Wickstrom reef in January 21, 2003.
Wanting to build on the success of our first reef, we would like to continue with a network of additional artificial reefs. Continuing to work in conjunction with Martin Counties efforts which are focusing on improving our reef system, which can compete with any other county in the state of Florida.
